BLACKFIVE: Every Care Package Is Important

The Tsunami Tragedy
I'm still absorbing all of the tragedy that happened in the Asian countries. It is a terrible event and my heart goes out to all of the victims and their families.....However, I'm having a difficult time with my empathy when I hear the U.N. accuse the U.S. of being stingy.....I'm really tired of this Socialist mentality of the U.N....not to mention its corruption with the Oil for Food scandal...... I'm also slowly realizing that, as this place is a hotbed of radical Islamists, if this tsunami had destroyed our West Coast, these SAME radical Islamists would say that Allah was punishing us and that the U.S. deserved it. |

Blogs For Bush
"The Bush administration yesterday pledged $15 million to Asian nations hit by a tsunami that has killed more than 22,500 people, although the United Nations' humanitarian-aid chief called the donation "stingy." "
Why do we even try???
I'm waiting for some left wing nut job to blame the earthquake on the U.S......

'WITHOUT LISTING SPECIFIC EVIDENCE' - NO KIDDING
There are still a few folks in denial - or attempting to deny - this year's election.
AP:
The Ohio Supreme Court's chief justice on Thursday threw out a challenge to the state's presidential election results.
The 40 voters who brought the case will likely be able to refile the challenge.......

God IS in the Constitution
A quote from John Adams - One of the framers of our Constitution and second President of the US.......
"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."....

Why do Jews and Arabs / Muslims hate each other?
Please forgive my ignorance here, however, I am currently reading John Gibson's "Hating America" and I find this issue rather interesting....sad and pathetic, but interesting.
Sunday school would have been much more interesting if we were taught about this....
"Question: “Why do Jews and Arabs / Muslims hate each other?"
Answer: The hostility between the Arabs and the Jews goes all the way back to Abraham. The Jews are descendants of Abraham’s son Isaac. The Arabs are descendants of Abraham’s son Ishmael. With Ishmael being the son of a slave woman (Genesis 16:1-16) and Isaac being the promised son who would inherit the promises to Abraham (Genesis 21:1-3), obviously there would be some animosity between the two sons. As a result of Ishmael mocking Isaac (Genesis 21:9), Sarah talked Abraham into sending Hagar and Ishmael away (Genesis 21:11-21). Likely this caused even more contempt in Ishmael’s heart towards Isaac. An angel even prophesied to Hagar that Ishmael would “live in hostility toward all his brothers” (Genesis 16:11-12)."

Blogs For Bush - Democratic Lawlessness
This also goes for those idiots in my HOA who do not want to obey the HOA Restrictions....
Democratic Lawlessness - by Mark Noonan
The first duty of a free person is to obey the laws - the laws, in a free society, being the freely expressed will of the people, they must be obeyed; to not obey the laws is to negate freedom entirely. The law is our protection against the jungle - I obey the laws for my own sake, because I can then demand that the laws also apply to everyone else. I cannot make exceptions to the laws all on my own - I cannot say "I'll obey this law, but not that law".
Our Democratic friends have forgotten this entirely - perhaps it was their routine lawbreaking as students during the 1960's, but however it came about, it is now a routine thing for a Democrat to just not care what the law says if the law is inconvenient for Democrats.......
