Health Insurance Companies Suck

I will tell you why people have no insurance.....It's ridiculously OVERPRICED and it covers NOTHING! My pediatrician billed my health insurance company $148 for an annual check up for my kids...$148 each...and $75 for a tetanus shot. If I did not have insurance, I would have been charged $138 for each checkup and $5 for the tetanus shot! Texas has some program for children without insurance. What a crock! Discrimination! I'm dumping my insurance. And my insurance did not cover $100 of one bill and $122 of the other bill.....ON TOP of my monthly PREMIUMS.... THIS is why people do not have insurance....I'm dumping mine..and I recommend you do the same. I'm checking into major medical. It is CHEAPER to pay as I go and then have insurance should a tragedy happen.
